Legalization of signing

Conditions of obtaining :
- The document presented for legalization of signing must not be contrary to the good mœurses and not to carry reach to the public order.
- It must be written in Arabian language or in language generally used by the administration.
- The claimant of the benefit must answer to conditions legal of the legal capacity for signing.
- The claimant must present an official piece proving his/her identity.
- The claimant must present himself and must sign personally.
( exception made to cases of set down signings to the municipal registers)

* passport

- Payment of the due right.
- To put information and seals required as well as the date on the document.
- Signing of the agent with precision of his/her identity and his/her quality

- For people illiterates
- Incapable to sign a reading of the document presented for legalization of signing will be made them in presence of two witnesses worthy of faith accompanied by their identity map.

So that copies of a document are certified compliant to the original it is necessary that this one
- Is not contrary to the good mœurses or carry reach to the public order.
- Is written in Arabian language or in a language generally used by the administration concerned by the benefit.

- The original of the documents.
- Copies to certify

Stages of the benefit :
- Verification of the total conformity of copies to the original.
- To put the specific seal to this operation on copies that have been noted completely compliant to the original.
- Enrollment of information required on the certified copies

Place of the deposit and of obtaining :
- Township or municipal precinct
